Alan was selected to fight the seat of Almond and Earn in April 2011.

He is very well known in the Ward and should he be elected, will be a great asset to the team in Perth & Kinross Council.

Alan was previously a Lib Dem Councillor for the old Perth City Ward of Ruthven Park from 2003 - 2007.
He joined the Conservative Party in 2010 having become disillusioned with the Liberal Democrats.
